Upon successful signup for any Zauca hosting plan, you will receive a welcome email containing all the necessary details to manage your hosting account and domain.

Email Subject: "New Account Information"

This email, titled "New Account Information," is crucial. Please retain it for future reference. It contains the following essential information:

• Domain Details:
  • Primary Domain: The main domain name associated with your hosting account (e.g., yourdomain.com).
  • It is very important to understand that if you registered your domain name with another registrar, that you will need to point the domain name to the zauca servers using the name servers that are provided in this email.

• cPanel Login Details:
  • Your cPanel username.
  • Your cPanel password.
  • The URL to access your cPanel control panel (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://server.zauca.app:2083).

• Server Information:
  • Server IP Address: The numerical IP address of your hosting server.
  • Nameservers: The nameserver addresses (e.g., ns1.zauca.app and ns2.zauca.app) required to point your domain to our servers.

• FTP Details:
  • FTP hostname (usually your domain name or server IP).
  • FTP username.
  • FTP password.
